Greetings,I recently built my first 16.04 server. It has 2 1TB drives in a RAID 1 for /, Boot, Swap, and Primary Data Storage.The boot partitions on both drives is marked as bootable.It has another RAID 1 of 1TB drives for archive data storage.Discoecting any one drive prevents successful boot and drops to initramfs.Ruing dpkg-reconfigure mdadm does not ask about boot degraded. I have recently been having issues with my Samba shares and thought it best to just reinstall the whole program, since it was working well from the time it was first installed. I had issues installing with apt-get, so I resorted to installing from source and that is the method I prefer. Now as to the problem: cding into samba-4.4.5 and ruing ./configure, it gets all the way to the point where it looks for python, and it finds python for the most part. Hello, I'm having trouble getting ubuntu 16.04 server to request/get a dhcpv6 provided IP address when the networking.service restarts or the server reboots. I'm able to manually run dhclient -6 and get a dhcpv6 provided IP address. Under normal operation I just get a autoconfigured/peer probed IP address that is based on the subet and mac of the server. This is my network configuration. I just installed Ubuntu 15.10. I have a machine with two LCD monitors. Ubuntu displays the same thing in both monitors. I tried SystemSetting->Displays, but this complained about an inteal Ubuntu error, and then disappeared. I never saw the error message again.How can I force Ubuntu to use my two monitors correctly (not mirror of each other)? In RedHat, the command was something like system-config-display. I've being using Ubuntu in my notebook for 2 years already. Recently, I plugged my desktop's keyboard on it. After I removed the keyboard, the notebook's keyboar got messed up, for example, letter 'k' gives number 2, letter 'j' gives number 1 and so on. I can make it stop after changing the language for the keyboard, but now if I press CapsLock the problem happens again, like my CapsLock is mapped to NumLock.
