wrong username

If you look near the top of every page, there is a link that says, “Please read before SSO login” which leads to this sticky – the SSO registration guide. I have to assume you didn’t (read it, that is) because it tells you about using the correct email in Ubuntu One. You used a different email in Ubuntu One from the one you used to create the andalou account. The sticky also tells you about why and when usernames are appended with a number. Not finding a match for the email, and with a pre-existing andalou account, the system created andalou2.
