Hello, everyone.I know what you're thinking, and it's not that I was trying to install or play anything in DOSBox through Wine. I bought a game on GOG and tried to install it through PlayOnLinux so I can copy the files and play them in the native DOSBox. To be more specific, the game is Redguard, from Bethesda.So the issue I have is that I installed the game, and upon launching it (to see why this game had DOSBox settings and whatnot, but a Windows launcher) DOSBox (in Wine) froze up, and upon force-closing it my screen resolution was screwed up. Good Moing,I am migrating from my windows environment to Ubuntu 16.04 LT or trying to anyway. I am fairly new to Ubuntu but feel I have made some good progress and goes at this. Just wanted to post about the level editor for the old 1999 action adventure game Drakan: Order of the Flame now finally seems to work with Wine. I won't go too technical about it to not upset some moderator/admin here, but let's just say that we have 2 distinct problems with the application, preventing it from working properly on mode Windows systems, resulting in crashes. Hello everybody,I've got a camscaer (mustek mcs 500 A3 pro) which I use to scan books. The ubuntu version I use is 16.04 lts. The problem I face is that, although I have successfully installed via wine the software that comes with the camscaer, and although it works flawlessly, the scaer itself is not recognized by it or any scaing program like simplescan or xsane. In fact, it is recognized only by cheese, ie as a web camera, not as a scaer.
