[ubuntu] shared folder on browse network access denied

Ubuntu 14.04 on both computers. pc1 and pc2. They are etheet crossover lan cable wire coected. I made manual ipv4 settings, address submask and gateway. To my knowledge it works. Ufw and wifi disabled.

On pc1 in home folder, I have set folder named 'information' to folder sharing, marked 'share this folder' and 'guest access'.
On pc2 in nautilus go to 'browse network'. There is folder 'pc1' and 'windows network' displayed. Clicking both folder 'pc1' and the folder 'windows network' path displays the 'information' folder. If I click 'information' then this message is shown 'unable to access location. failed to mount windows share permission denied ok'. I caot open the folder 'information'. Because?

If you set a folder to folder sharing, then who can access the folder 'information', if not pc2 can? About folder 'information', in properties I have tried to set group permissions to pc1, plugdev, sambashare. Same message on pc2. Do I have to restart computers for every setting I try?

Can you tell how to set shared folders permissions that you can access shared folders from another computer?
