[ubuntu] Added Ubuntu Machine to Network, Router stops working. (Fresh Install)

So I've been hosting my Plex Media Server and 2 Mumble Servers off my Main Windows 10 Gaming rig for a while now. I just recently built a new machine and threw Ubuntu 14 on it.

All was working fine.. I got mumble working great on it..plex was working fine. I ****ed up some settings with Phpmumbleadmin and for some reason DHCP wasn't picking up an IP address from the Router on the ubuntu machine only. Wifi was fine, and Desktop was fine.

I decided i probably screwed up apache or myphpadmin or something and decided to just reinstall Ubuntu.

Woohoo it was working again. Installed Plex, started copying files over from my NAS for the Plex files/database, walked away and came back to the same issue!!
When this happens I cannot access the Routers Configuration page either it just times out. I have to reboot the Router and it works again for X minutes until it all messes up again..

Also, I can no longer access the NAS when this happens. I tried to unplug the Ubuntu machine after it happens to see if it resolves, but no luck,

Pleaseeeee someone know what the hell is going on
