vlc/system error/lid

Hi,

I have a Razer blade stealth with Ubuntu Gnome.

1) When i start ubuntu, i have a message exactly like this: http://www.binarytides.com/blog/wp-c...m-detected.png
No clue of what could be, if it was windows i would think it was a bad installation or maybe a driver issue. Installation i don't think it is as it does the same with ubuntu-mate. I'm suing 3 partitions ext4( / ), Swap(8gigas), EFI(512mb).

2) I installed VLC, the other software that comes by default works fine but when i play videos with vlc, the video becomes very littlle. even if i maximize vlc or if i fullscreen the video, very little even with different video extensions.

3) When i close the lid of my razer, the laptop suspend as it should, however when i open the lid it starts but after a few seconds the laptop suspend again without doing nothing, the only way i have to fix this is by restarting the laptop. It becomes very aoying as you can imagine.
