[other] How Can I Install the (Ubuntu Studio) Low-Latency Kernel to Lubuntu?

Somebody once showed me now to install the low-latency keel to Xubuntu and it worked just fine, and now I want to try it with Lubuntu.
Can anybody tell me the basic steps, please?

I am not giving up on Ubuntu Studio, which I like alot, I just want to also have an experimental partition with Lubuntu as the OS and just a few audio and video programs on top of it. But I do want to have a low-latency keel to do it with. Like I said, it worked out totally fine with Xubuntu, and now I want to try it with Lubuntu.

Please let me know anything you know about this type of thing. Thanks
