[ubuntu] Getting professional help with Ubuntu 14.04

I bought a brand new Dell Latitude computer with pre-installed Ubuntu 14.04.
The problems started after the first update ..... since then I was able just for moments to have the computer ruing without trouble.

Sound (no Sound) was for a long time a issue .... now I have sometimes Bluetooth but most of the time not.
(Just found out the driver is gone)
I have spend several hours on Ubuntu sites trying to solve this issues .... but one has work to do, and I can not spend hours and hours all the time fixing stuff.
The software is just not stable enough to use it as a business computer.

I have printer problems as well ..... it starts to print .......... until the paper-tray is empty.

I really thought Ubuntu would be more up to date, more stable / more reliable ..... or I'm not enough of a computer geek, to get my system working smoothly.
If this is the case please let me know so I can go back to OS X.
Is there someone out there whom would help me to fix this issues ?¿? I would of cause pay for the help.
