[ubuntu] Some programs do not start

Just installed Ubuntu 16.0.4 LTS on my Acer ES1-331-C0YK new, because I changed the HD for a 480 GB SSD.

All the programs, I have now problems with, worked fine on my first installation on this notebook.

Some are for some seconds in the taskbar, pulsate and disappear, some even do not show anything

Geogebra
GpsPrune
all other programms work

Java JTK 9

Arachnophilia
Language Tool 3,4
no other Java software tested

Windows WINE;

HP41.exe
all other works under WINE
