[ubuntu] Fresh install 16.04 on Inspiron 1520. Some errors.

Gurus,
I am new to Linux and Ubuntu Both. Trying to switch from Windows.
Need your help.
I installed Ubuntu 16.04 on my old laptop Inspiron 1520 .
Startup takes long and laptop gets hot after some times. I noticed below errors in the system log. Can someone help me ?
