Mythtv recordings playback starts at 6:54

I have recently done a fresh install of Mythbuntu 16.04 and I have just noticed that when I play any of my new recordings, playback starts at 6 minutes 54 seconds into the recording.
I can rewind or skip back to the begiing but every time I start playback it is at 6:54

This is only happening for new recordings. I have used Import Archive to import a bunch of old recordings from my previous system and these all start playback at the begiing.

I can't for the life of me figure out what is causing this. It's driving me crazy!!
