[server] dhcp of omapi should listen to localhost

Hi,

my box is enable with omshell of dhcp by having entry in dhcpd.conf
say,
omapi-port 5601;

And after isc-dhcp-server restart, it started to listen for omapi on 0.0.0.0:5601.

But i want dhcp to listen on 127.0.0.1:5601.

Can anyone please help me out??
