[ubuntu] Desktop Share disappeared

Ubunto 14.04 LTS

Folks,

I manage a friend's Ubuntu machine remotely, most coections are via ssh but sometimes I use VNC through an ssh tuel.

Didn't install a specific VNC server, just set up the default desktop share when I was visiting. I am assuming that was Vino.

For some reason now I caot coect to desktop, netstat -l suggests no VNC server ruing.

Caot see how to restart Vino; any clues appreciated or should I just install another VNC server?
