Having problem with deleting Ubuntu

I tried to delete Ubuntu that worked beside my Windows through the windows , so by diskmgmt.MSC deleted its partitions , but after rebooting , the grub appears that has limited commands (GNU GRUB version 2.02 ,... Minimal BASH_like line is supported )
I searched and tried diffrend ways that I found , but none of them worked
And I'm not a pro , just a bigier , so I had no idea what to do . please help
