Two networks at the same time - ping error: Destination Host Unreachable

I installed linux on my computer/home server. I want to coect the computer to two networks: the raspberry (LAN) and the Inteet (etheet USB - modem Huawei E303).
My problem:
Once everything is correctly, while other times I have an error when I go on any website:
ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE

and ping e.g google werbsite:
Destination Host Unreachable
It helps to reset network:
sudo service networking restart
What may be the problem? I can not reset the entire coection "networks" because I lose my coection with the raspberry, and this is a very important coection for the server / computer.
I have a configuration in / etc / network / interfaces:
eth0 - Raspberry
eth1 - Inteet
