Change Android to Ubuntu Phone ?

Hi there,I'm a begier in the Linux world. Just a few months ago I did change the Windows to Linux and I'm fully satisfied about the machine performance, regarding the applications it was a bit hard to get familiarized but I'm in the right way! So I can only regret that I did not make this change earlier.Now I'm thinking to change the Android for Ubuntu Phone, I own an Sony Xperia Z1 Compact with Android 5.1.1 and I can't say that the Android OS is bad, but I feel that the phone can reach a better performance and will give me more freedom with Linux OS.But before to make this change, I will need some opinions on the following conces:Will work fine the phone functions like: call, sms, etc ?There are drivers available for both cameras, display, etc ?Thanks for your time.
