Unable to import color profile

I have:
Ubuntu 14.04
Memory 9.4 Gib
AMD A6-4400M APU Radeon HD Graphics x2
GraphicsGallium.4 AMD ARUBA

VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Trinity [Radeon HD 7520G]

INSTALLED:
ATI binary X.Org driver (Radeon driver)

open color, try to add on the uncalibrated display a profile from /usr/share/color/icc

but doesn't import it.

Do I have to have it calibrated before importing?
Can I use dispcalGUI to use with Pantone Huey Monitor Color Correction?
