[ubuntu_mate] Software Boutique

I tested the Software Boutique to see if anything was wrong, and clicked on the Inteet category Icon (picture of the earth), and Chromium is there as an Inteet thing. Clicked on "Install" and the install worked here.

A notification popped up that install was complete. I clicked the "launch" button that showed in the Boutique, and chromium started up.

What did you do that is different?

I already have Synaptic Package Manager installed, so could not try that one, but you would just search (from the toolbar icon) for "synaptic" and it comes up.
