[xubuntu] Caot install any package.

Hi Guys,

Just installed Xbuntu on my work laptop. It has Xubuntu 16.04.

When I try to run the very basic command say
apt-get update it doesn't do nothing.

I can coected to web browser and browse inteet, no luck via command line though...
