[ubuntu] Not allowed to boot.

So, apparently there is another forum thread but since its abandoned I decided to open a new one, the exact same issue, ubuntu is my main OS on my Toshiba Satellite C-55B sadly whenever i bu a disk image which by the way it's a pain to use brasero since its hell buggy and practically useless, or mount an iso on a USB ubuntu seems to "Block" my boot options, i know it is not bios related because i set it to boot from CD/DVD and/or USB first and it doesn't seem to work, i also can read disks perfectly fine on my laptop so, is there a way to fix this? or if i need to reinstall i will get stuck forever on a broken system?
