[ubuntu_mate] Mac Addresses Missing or Loosing Name Assignments on Reboot.

Hello all,

I have not had much experience with Linux so I hope you guys can help me out.

I had a working version of Ubuntu-Mate 15.10 ruing on an Odroid Xu4. I cloned this image and tried it on a different O-Droid and now I am having all network trouble. My ideal Configuration is the on-board Etheet port to identify as ETH0 and have a static IP. Then I am using a Anker 3port-usb and Etheet combo adapter to coect as ETH1 to a WAN with auto DHCP.

ISSUE:
When I load the image and boot on a different O-DROID for the first time both Etheet ports are detected I use the the Network Coection Manager to set up the the IPs and everything works. I then restart the O-Droid and either the Etheet Ports are not even Recognized or They do get assigned a name of ETH0/ETH1. I am able to see the MAC addresses in the Network Manager Drop down list (sometimes) but They are not able to be selected.

I have deleted both network configurations, unplugged the Etheet cables, restarted the O-droid, and this once again recognizes Both Etheet ports. I can once again configure the network and it works until the device is restarted.

Any help with this would be great, I need to be able to deploy this image onto a large amounts of devices and I do not want to keep having this issue.
