[lubuntu] get a warning on drive if any reallocated sector

I have a hard disk with one reallocated sector, I installed smartmontools and smart-notifier and I didn't get any message on boot, gnome-disks says that "disk is ok, one bad sector", how can I get a popup on boot on ANY number of bad sectors? ( and if possible other similarly critical attributes )

on a fedora live I'm using atm when I boot with the same hard disk I get an error on pretty much anything wrong with the harddisk and would like to have something similar on the lubuntu live I'm making now
