xruns, can't find a guide to setup studio for audio production

have an ua-25ex, toshiba satellite l-655, sdd, intel i5, and frustation.

I have read, lot of post, how to, documentation here in ubuntu studio, but, even if I have blacklisted the other sound card integrated in the laptop, I have pass the realtimequickscan, I can't find the irq for the ua-25ex for the other test, I have find the
Rui Nuno Capela script for making it work. but I can't even make work the hydrogen play a song.

the jack gets freeze.

It is there some documentation I can get to setup the environment to audio production?

I have read lot of webs:

and I don't know what more

which keel do I have to choose to make it work? the preempt? the startup?

How do I setup jack? 1024 periods? 2 frames? 3?
