This is a Ubuntu user forum. As far as I can tell the operating system on Chromebooks is not Ubuntu. It is Chrome OS. I do not understand what you mean when you say "I have done Linux, Wine, Virtualbox". I do not understand what you mean when you say "I just want to be able to work Windows on my Chromebook." I do not understand what you mean by "So I can do coupons."

There may be on this forum some who have a Chromebook. They may have installed Ubuntu on it. Some of those may have installed a Windows application or two on Ubuntu using Wine. But surely, if you want to install a Windows application on Chrome OS, then a Chrome OS forum is the better place.

According to HP it is not possible to install any other operating system. How true that is I caot say.
