Device Color Profiles Not Working

I have created several *.icc files. At least one with a very obvious colour profile (very red).

When I import them into Setting >> Device Color Profiles

Nothing happens...

In the log I see colord: Profile added: icc-4f9bc1dd2dda3543b163da10868cebd4
and when I import the profile I can see the details of the profile correctly but it still has now effect,

Is there something I am missing?
