I have Ubuntu 14.04 installed on my PC. I want to upgrade to Ubuntu 16.04.
I downloaded ISO file, made bootable USB. I do not want to live update from inteet as my inteet is slow and can take hours to finish. So what is the best way to upgrade my Ubuntu installation to 16.04 from the ISO ?
Will i able to upgrade existing installation with out problem or i should reinstall everything as fresh ?
