Flash video only plays audio except on Youtube

In an attempt to speed up my browsing I temporarily disabled flash in Firefox to force flash to go thru HTML5. Well, it didn't work everywhere so I went back to Flash. Only now, it doesn't work right. Some sites if I search for a video and and click on the link, it will play that video, but if i click on a link within that website, i just hear audio. And on other sites, that's all I get, audio.

I have flashplugin-install and browser-plugin-freshplayer-pepperflash. installed. I think they might be conflicting.

Flash works fine in Chrome. i realize they use different ways of playing flash.

Using 16.04lts with 4.4 keel and Ciamon 3.0.
