Is there a 32-bit version of 16.04 available?

I have a Gateway KAV60 netbook with a 32-bit processor. It originally ran Windows XT, although I have been using Ubuntu LTS versions for several years, most recently 14.04. On my newer desktop, which was also ruing 14.04, I was able to initiate and complete the upgrade to 64-bit 16.04 directly through the Software Updater. But on my netbook the Software Updater is not offering the upgrade to 16.04. When I go to the Ubuntu software download page, I can only find the 64-bit version. Is there a 32-bit version of 16.04 available and how can I download it? Thank you in advance for your help.
