[ubuntu] Auto Syncing Multiple clips from one camera

Hey, hopefully a quick and easy question for you guys. I have a driving camera in my truck that records all my driving. I went off-roading yesterday and was trying to pull the footage to put it up for my friends to see.

The issues lie in the fact that my camera records multiple 1 minute clips and it also has what's called event recording. So if you ever take a big enough hit it starts event recording which will overlap the last 5 or so seconds of the normal recording. Well when you are off-roading it tends to activate a lot and I have a huge mixture of event and normal recording.

So I'm trying to find a solution to automatically sync all my videos together so they don't keep jumping back 5 seconds on every bump.

I got tired of doing it by hand after trying to line up the 7th clip by hand.

I have almost 50 1-minute clips where some overlap slightly.

I hope I've explained this well enough.

I have about 50 MP4 files all around 45-50 MB that I'm trying to sync into one continuous clip.
