[ubuntu] Unable to shutdown/restart when switch to Intel Graphics

Hi, as say the title of post i'm unable to shutdown/restart my computer when I switch the Intel Graphics.
I have GTX 970M Graphics Card with i7 6700HQ, I'm able to start Ubuntu typing as boot parameter idle=nomwait, without this I have a login loop and stuck.
Now I would use Intel Graphics to save energy, when I do this, I can't shutdown/restart my computer, it blocks and I have to tu it off with the power button.
I installed Nvidia-361.42 as a graphics driver.
All suggestions are welcome.
