Wifi works entirely on luck everytime ubuntu boots!

I have been having wifi issues for my lifetime!

My wireless cards are intel 7260ac and 8260ac.

It either works fine or shows no wifi, randomly, everytime I boot the machine. If it boots up to be fine then it is fine. If it boots up to be no coection, then it stays no coection until it reboots (and it may still be no coection).
