[kubuntu] 16.04 WiFi card not working (AirLive WL1600USB)

Hi!
I'm pretty new to Linux (started a month ago with RPi and Raspbian, and installed Kubuntu few days ago), so just keep that in mind.
I have a problem with AirLive WL1600USB on Kubuntu 16.04. It doesn't work.
I mean, System Log and "USB devices" shows that the card is detected by the Kubuntu, but nothing more.
Networks show nothing, except for my Etheet card.
I know that WL1600USB is based on rtl8187L chips, so I tried "sudo modprobe rtl8187" or downloading the driver and compiling it, but nothing.
Modprobe changes nothing, and I can't compile the driver.
Any suggestions?
