[ubuntu] Server Migration from Cetos ot Ubuntu

HI all

I got a chance to migrate the website from Centos to New Ubuntu server .

They were using Cpanel to manage the server . New aim is to manage the server with out paid Panel or Manually control the system .

I decided to manage the my own and setup a Nagios to Monitor the server

My question come here

1) What are the plans I need to take to website Migrate

2) Is it possible to migrate ssl from the old server to new server Or I need to purchase it again ?
