[ubuntu] USB Focusrite Scarlett Solo Audio (Working in Live CD, not working in install)

I tried Ubuntu 16.04, and in the Live CD, my USB audio device, the Focusrite Scarlett Solo, worked absolutely perfectly. However, in an actual install, it does not work at all. If I take the device out and plug it back in, this completely crashes PulseAudio. This does not happen in different distributions, or even Ubuntu 14.04.

Any ideas, or any thoughts on what could be causing the error?
