IP / USB camera shell script

Alluded to this yesterday with my posts about image limits which tued out to be unfounded as it was a issue with 0 byte JPEGs.

Thought I'd share my code since it's a pet project of mine and I have no intent on tuing a profit on it as it borrows many other projects in it as well.

If anyone finds it useful, or has any ideas to even further optimize it let me know. I would like to get some global variables set up so I don't have to declare them in each script file - goa be reading a book on shell scripting soon to enhance my knowledge on this!

Feel free to check my other stuff out too! My SNMP tool hasn't been updated in a while, mainly because all the updates I've made are just 3D CSS related.
