Whishes for Ubuntu 16.10

I want say the server http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb is, until now, broken (I think this because, when I type "sudo update-manager -d" in Terminal, the archives from this serves aren't downloaded; they stay in standby. Terminal says it was configured a lot of times, but I guess it isn't the reason for the server is broken). Is this happen with some of you?
Solution: If installed, delete the ppa added by "sudo apt-add repository ppa:keel-ppa/ppa"

Let's to my desires:

- Native root permission for whole /Computer directory in Administrator profile, with waing message in case of try move or delete system important files.
- Support to .exe archives.
- G.U.I of brightness, contrast, gamma and saturation of RGB and each chael separately.

What do you think about?
