Ubuntu 16.04 and Intel Z170 Chipset/6th-Gen CPUs

Hello,

I want to build a new PC to run Ubuntu, using a latest ASUS motherboard with a Skylake (6th generation) Intel CPU and Z170 Chipset.
More specifically, I'm thinking to get one of the following motherboards:
Z170-Pro
Z170-A
Maximus VIII Ranger

As I can see from various other discussions there were some incompatibility problems with previous Ubuntu versions and latest Asus motherboards (mainly with on-board Audio card, Graphics or Etheet interface)

Anyone used Ubuntu 16.04 with similar Hardware? Did you have to make any changes in BIOS or boot parameters to make things work?

It's strange if Skylake/Z170 Chipset is not fully supported yet, since there are many people already using them
