[ubuntu] I have bought a mini PCI-E twice, both times they fail, which one should I buy?

Both of them had the same problem. I could enable them, but not bring their state to up.
So I end up with this:

It can't be a RTL8191SEvA nor a Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160.
