[ubuntu] Firefox 46 update saving problems

The new update seems to have changed the way firefox saves stuff off pages.

Now it wants to list all files in the saving directory before I can put in the name of the file I want to save to.

This takes a long long time in a big directory.

I could do a workaround by pointing to an empty directory but would rather not muck around like that.

Any solutions would be gratefully received.
