[ubuntu] [Failed] to start Load Kernel Modules

During power-up boot time, text appears and reads, several times,

[[0;1;31m FAILED [0m] Failed to start Load Keel Modules.
See 'systemctl status systemd-modules-load.service' for details.

all other lines, that show before are green color. By "that show" means the screen reverts to a typical boot patter of no text, mushrooms and login screen comes up after a few more moments.

The system boots and all apps/software seems to operate without problem.

Does this need fixing?

How serious is it if all else is working?
