[ubuntu] Hardware and network not working

Hi, my Ubuntu installation on my machine no longer coects to my usb mouse, does not recognize my second monitor and the wifi coection is disabled. All of these things worked earlier, and the only thing I have done is install some updates and restart. Additionally, when I tried to use rfkill to unblock my wireless, I noticed that rfkill list retued nothing.

Help?

Please note that I have ubuntu dual booted with windows 7, which is how I'm currently accessing the inteet, so all of the hardware is fine.
