[ubuntu] apache2 403 Forbiddent to a symbolic link in external HDD NTFS

Dear,
I've installed apache2 on my ubuntu 15.10 64 bit, and when I go to http://127.0.0.1 it opens perfectly.
I created a folder in my desktop "mysite" and I did a symbolic link to it on "sudo ln -s ~/Desktop/mysite /var/www/html/mysite", and it opens perfectly on firefox too on this address "http://127.0.0.1/mysite"

Now, here is the problem, After copying the "mysite" folder to the exteal HDD (NTFS) and create another symbolic link to my exteal HDD "/mysite"folder by this command "ln -s /media/me/HDD_SITES/mysite /var/www/html/mysite2", and trying to access it from firefox, it shows "403 Forbidden, You dont have permission to access ..." .

Note: If I go to "/var/www/html/" and click on the symbolic link "mysite2" t go perfectly to the exteal harddrive folder of "mysite".

Any idea?
