Hardship installing Photoshop

Hi, I want to install photoshop windows version on Ubuntu 15.04, however when I launch it from the file system, it says that there is an error and some files are missing and when I go to terminal in the directory, using wine set-up.exe, gives only "wine does not belong to you". I cleaned a folder with .wine, and then used wincfg, it is all still the same. Any ideas?
