Triple monitors | Ubuntu 16 | I give up... please help?

INFO:
Geforce 960 NVIDIA
Ubuntu 16.04 currently
2 monitors by DVI, 1 by HDMI

About 6 months ago I had this same GFX card ruing 3 monitors, so I know it CAN work.

I've tried over the past few days myself and I'm finally reverting to asking for help.
All my screens work, but it will only recognize 2 at a time. I've gotten every combination to work but when all 3 are plugged in, it only sees the 2 DVI.

I've tried:

In software & updates:
Using XServer
Using proprietary driver

Downloading manually nvidia-current via apt-get

Reinstalling and trying different combinations of these.
