Wine not working

I caot get Wine to work, I upgraded to the latest version of Ubuntu, 16.04 and still it would not launch, I tried to launch it from the Terminal as well, I've installed and reinstalled it a million times already, I've tried versions 1.6, 1.7 and the latest, 1.8, the last error message I got was this one:

caot find L"C:\windows\system32\launch.exe"
