[ubuntu] BCMWL( broadcom wireless) problems on 16.04

Related to bug 1572659 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...l/+bug/1572659 and http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2321444.

After upgrading to 16.04 from 15.10, I found I could not load the wl module without first disabling secure boot. Now, after several days, I get random discoects which require a reboot to recoect. Most recently, I've just deleted the coection in Network Manager and recreated it, which seems to have stabilized it for the past hour.
