[kubuntu] 16.04 constantly closing programs

ok, i upgraded to 16.04 via Konsole yesterday and it whent without a hitch, apart from some small problems ruing now,
HP laptop/4gb ram,
i get the little pixel face in bottom of screen and the ubuntu apport popup telling me korganiser stopped unexpectedly, this pops up time and time again even if i press the leave closed tab.
i also get another one, forgot at moment but i think it was kpad or kterminal.
also get another tab saying things cant be downloaded as i have no inteet which i have.
looked in software centre/muon, and that says i have nothing installed, where the software centre says i have.
try to send the bug reports, that just dont happen.
then i get ubuntu has an inteall error, and i need to restart,,,,
any ideas on fixes?
