Help me understand ubuntu phone and OS for possible purchase.

Where are the phones ruing Scopes? Is this one, Meizu Pro 5? Is anyone here ruing a ubuntu mobile phone? Can you vouch for them? I like the mobile OS I'm seeing on the ubuntu phones web site and how it uses the Swipes to navigate the screen. I guess I'm saying that I'm seriously thinking about buying one and want to make sure I'm getting what I believe I'm getting, I so new to ubunti mobile and things have changed since I signed up for the crowd sourcing time when they were trying to get the sapphire screened phone out. Do the Meizu and other phones run just as smooth as the demo videos show?

So this is my first probe into trying to understand the phone the OS and making my finial determination on whether or not to buy one for myself. I will need a phone that operate on T-Mobile USA radios!

Does the ubuntu mobile OS have a map/navigation app that works in USA?
