Dpkg error while installing dolphin-emu-master

I want to install a dolphin emu snapshot but i get an error. This is the command i use: sudo apt-get install dolphin-emu-master. And this is what i get in retu: dpkg: parse error, in file '/var/lib/dpkg/status' near line 2974 package 'python3-speechd':
`Depends' field, invalid package name `python3:any': character `:' not allowed (only letters, digits and characters `-+._')
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg retued an error code (2)

Does anyone have a solution?
