Ubuntu on Dell Venue 5055 Pro

I have a Dell Venue 5055 Pro. It came with a 32 bit windows 10 on a 64 bit processor. I can install software like you can on the laptop but with the uefi boot menu its hard for me to install Ubuntu.
Things I have tried
Install from USB and DVD
Disable quick startup
Dasable secured boot

Legacy mode is not available in the eifi boot settings.
I even tried Ubuntu 14 version and had it to help boot it and it had the option to dual boot Ubuntu. I selected it and it fails to boot saying a file is not found.

Is there any way possible to get Ubuntu on this tablet? I have tried dozens of tools but none has seemed to work.
